I tried clicking the "First Aid" button in settings, but it reported 0 albums updated. Running v0.5.

Thanks for the report. This has been fixed in 0.5.1, which is available now.

Those duplicates should disappear on your next library refresh (command + R).

When playing one of the "duplicated" albums, both tiles are sized larger and both have the play/pause icon, so I'm assuming multiple UI elements are referencing the same data objects.
