Albums view often goes blank

When Longplay has been in the background (still need to work out how long this takes) the album window is blank. The sidebar and toolbar are visible, but no albums are shown. Selecting another view, such as a collection, and then going back to Library brings it back. (Not sure if this is related, but a previously selected collection remains partially highlighted in grey - see "jazz" in the sidebar)).

The fix is live in 1.0.3, which is now available on the Mac App Store or via in-app updates.

It also happens when you have the window minimised in the dock. You have to close it and reopen the Album view to get the covers back.

Dom Mooney: Thank you. That makes it easy to reproduce. I can confirm that's fixed in 1.0.2. It should be out shortly on the Mac App Store, too.

This is fixed in 1.0.2. Available now for the direct purchase version and coming shortly for the Mac App Store version. Will close this when Apple has approved it and that's live.

Found the issue. That logic is useful on macOS, too, but was applied incorrectly. Will do some more testing, but should be fixed in update.

Thanks for the report. Steps to reproduce would be great, but I'll take a look.
This is likely a side-effect of an optimisation on iOS, where the app clears the albums view when it goes into the background to preserve memory (and avoid getting terminated prematurely by the OS).

I'm also affected by this issue.
