On my iPad, I tapped an album in my library view and it started playing, then did Play Later on a couple more, then switched the view to one of my collections and did Play Later on a few more albums, so I had six albums queued.
The third album was almost done (two songs remaining), and I unlocked my iPad and saw that the playing album icon/button (bottom right) had turned into the play random button (dice symbol) even though the third album was still playing. I wanted to see the song list and album queue but didn’t want to start a random album. So I waited.
The third album finished but albums 4 through 6 didn’t start. Their album art was still showing as queued (larger icons), marked in remaining play order (1, 2, 3), but nothing was playing.
I clicked another album and it started playing (the random button changed to a currently playing button). So I clicked the first of the three that should have been playing, and when I went into the album queue, it was at the top and it was also the first in the list of the remaining three up next albums.
I have no idea how to reproduce this problem. It was like something made Longplay forget it had albums queued up, and playing another album helped it remember. The only thing I can think of is that I added some albums from my library and some from a collection.
