All-time addiction
Adrian Schönig
Yeah, that's true. It's added time as a factor, boosting albums that you've added in the last 0.5-2years or so and listened to a lot in that time. They'll drop down to the "all-time addiction" level as they age.
Anyway, duly noted as a request to make this behaviour optional.

Adrian Schönig: Cheers - and thanks for the app, it's the only alternate music player that's hung around my phone so I'm a little attached.
I think however the music integration works now may have mucked up OS history logging - I can't get the played tracks to show up in the Music app's recently played section

Francis Malbrough: The play counts and last played dates are still reported back to Apple Music.
In my testing it's pretty much immediately on the same device, judging by my "Recently Played" smart playlist. It also feeds the "Replay" and "For You" sections in Apple Music. They also make it back to other devices, but that can take a while. In my testing, it's about a day till it shows up on my Mac.
Can confirm that it doesn't end up in the "Listened Now" > "Recently Played" though. Probably by design by Apple.
