Make faster by optionally grabbing not all albums at once

Provide a setting to show, say, 100 random albums, instead of all albums. The goal would be to avoid freezes when trying to scroll in the app etc with you have a very large music collection.

Marking this as resolved, as I've made a round of performance and memory improvements, which should avoid those freezes on the large collections. Hopefully that means this shouldn't be necessary.

In my experience, the freezes aren't due to having many albums — Longplay handles that fine — but rather due to Longplay refreshing your library in the background, and that can cause these freezes. I've changed it in version 2.0.1, to be less eager of doing this in the background, especially if you have a large library. You can now manually refresh the library by doing a pull-to-refresh, and otherwise the scrolling should work well. Curious to hear, if that helped you, Steven Noble.
